Albuquerque Country Club 601 Laguna Blvd SW Albuquerque, NM 87104 108 Year Old Private Club near Old Town in New Mexico. $3,000,000.00 Food and Beverage Sales Dining Facilities include 1 Lounge/Bar that seats 60 1 formal dining room that seats 100 1 dining/meeting space that seats 150 1 private function room for 25 1 New outdoor patio that seats 120 This person will be responsible for FOH Dining, halfway house, pool snack bar, patio service, beverage, wine club and banquet services at the club. This person will assist the dining room manager, foh staff, snack bar staff, bar staff, bar manager and locker room staff ,and banquet manager. This person will be responsible for hiring, training and supervising all foh team members. The will work closely with the chef in planning and implementing operating and capital budgets for the food and beverage department. Qualifications - 3-5 years experience as a food and beverage manger/director. Extremely knowledgeable about food and beverage. Proven success in creating and ensuring member dining and event service standards. Highly organized. High level of attention to detail. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficient with MS, Office, Excel and Outlook. Jonas software experience a plus. Knowledgeable with point of sales systems. Knowledgeable about the private club business model. Working knowledge of financial statements. Be professional in appearance and presentation. Be a team player, engaging and collaborative. Be a right hand person to the general manager. Desire to grow into the general manager position. Other duties as assigned. Position available immediately. Salary Range $65,000 - $80,000 depending on experience.
