Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our beautifully renovated restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and possess strong leadership qualities to ensure exceptional resident and guest customer service and efficient restaurant performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including hiring, training and supervision of front-of-the-house staff while providing exceptional customer service with a strong focus on resident/guest relations.

• Manage inventory control

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance overall restaurant productivity.

• Train, mentor, and motivate staff to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Handle member/guest inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.

Position Requirements

• Proven experience in food service management or a related role.

• Knowledge of culinary techniques and best practices.

• Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or in a similar supervisory position.

• Familiarity with catering, bartending, food handling, and kitchen operations.

• Ability to operate Point-of-Sale (POS) systems effectively.

• Northstar experience a plus

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
