The Catering & Events Manager is responsible for the operation of the catering facility and member services. This includes all club related events and non-member catering events. This involves not only executing a catering event the day of, but also the handling of all the preparation before the event. The Catering manager works directly with the Catering Director to ensure that all clients events are successful. The Catering manager oversees a team of service staff and bartenders and must have strong leadership and communications skills. The Catering manager will also assist in the dining room facilities as recommended by the Food and Beverage Director.
